CardValet stand alone app has been updated.

Balances –  Here’s how you can check your balance in the stand alone CardValet app:

  • Upon Login, the CardValet app opens to the Card Details screen.  Tap the desired card and an overlay will appear at the bottom of the mobile device with two options:  Spending Insights and Linked Accounts.  Tap on Linked Accounts for your balance.

Saturday hours temporarily suspended

Please take advantage of our night deposit boxes and ATMs as we have temporarily suspended Saturday hours at our Daleville and Blue Ridge branches in an abundance of caution during these uncertain times.  You may also take advantage of mobile deposit using our Bank of Fincastle business and personal mobile apps for depositing checks. Daleville and Daleville Express consolidating today

This is just a reminder we announced last month that our Daleville and Daleville Express branches will be consolidating today. Please visit us at our Daleville branch, 1245 Roanoke Road, for 7am-7pm drive through banking. A free-standing ATM will be coming soon to our previous Daleville Express location. Watch for details.

The Glebe branch is closed temporarily.

The Bank of Fincastle branch inside The Glebe retirement community has temporarily closed for the health safety of the residents. Residents may call (540) 966-1700 for personal assistance with their banking needs during this time. Stay well everyone.

Notice of Branch Consolidation

On Wednesday, March 18, 2020 The Bank of Fincastle will consolidate the Daleville Express Drive-Thru located at 1618 Roanoke Road, Daleville, Virginia 24083 with the Daleville Office located at 1245 Roanoke Road, Daleville, Virginia 24083. As a result of the consolidation, the 1618 Roanoke Road office will close this day. This change will not affect the status of any account you currently have with The Bank of Fincastle. This notice does not require any action by you as an accountholder.
