Due to the influx of IRS stimulus checks, online and mobile banking are experiencing high call volume. This may result in your inability to access these services at this time. We appreciate your patience.

Our holiday hours for all our office and branch locations are as follows:
Christmas Eve:  9am-Noon
Christmas Day:  Closed
New Year’s Day: Closed

Blue Ridge Branch Postpones Saturday Hours effective 8/22/2020

The Blue Ridge Branch of The Bank of Fincastle will temporarily postpone its Saturday hours beginning tomorrow, Saturday, August 22, 2020. We will update this post when our Saturday hours resume at Blue Ridge. For your convenience our Daleville Branch will remain open on Saturdays from 9am – 1 pm.  We value your business at The Bank of Fincastle.

CardValet stand alone app has been updated.

Balances –  Here’s how you can check your balance in the stand alone CardValet app:

  • Upon Login, the CardValet app opens to the Card Details screen.  Tap the desired card and an overlay will appear at the bottom of the mobile device with two options:  Spending Insights and Linked Accounts.  Tap on Linked Accounts for your balance.

Security Update – Is your web browser supported?

We are updating our security settings for Personal Online Banking and Business Online Banking to make sure your bank accounts have the utmost security available. Windows operating systems less than Windows 7, Service Pack 2 will not be supported beginning April 9, 2018.  Supported web browsers include Internet Explorer 11, and the most current versions of Firefox and Chrome. Please contact a local computer service specialist in your area should you need assistance with updating your computer’s browser.
