• Applicant must be one of the following: Personal Individual, Personal Joint “or” Account, or Sole Proprietor Small Business.
  • Applicant must have at least one of the following Bank of Fincastle personal account types: Checking, Money Market, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRAs, Mortgage, Home Equity Line of Credit, and/or a Personal Loan.
  • Applicant must have an e-mail address for which The Bank of Fincastle will use for contact.
  • Computer: We recommend at least a 486 processor (Pentium preferred) or a Macintosh computer. A faster processor will give a better Internet Banking experience.
  • Modem: A connection to the Internet that provides throughput of 28.8 Kbps (or higher) is sufficient.
  • Internet Service Provider (i.e., Ntelos®, Verizon®, HughesNet®, Cox®)
  • Browser: We have updated our security settings for Personal Online Banking and Business Online Banking to make sure your bank accounts have the utmost security available. Windows operating systems less than Windows 7, Service Pack 2 will not be supported beginning April 9, 2018.  Supported web browsers include Internet Explorer 11, and the most current versions of Firefox and Chrome. Please contact a local computer service specialist in your area should you need assistance with updating your computer’s browser.
